You can tell Tennessee is a pretty rich state purely from the size of people’s lawns. The music industry that keeps Nashville rolling seems to be alive and well.

Someone’s definitely making money because the largest lawns and the largest houses I have ever seen are here, and they are not yet for sale.

These are all in and around Nashville, and heading south towards Franklin, Tennessee.
And neighbour number 3
Someone could make some money selling small goats to mow these lawns. An eco-friendly organic marketing twist would do the trick, I reckon.
