she’s clearly:
1) having a fart so epic it deserved to be memorialized in bronze
2) powering up to become Mega Spinster
3) showing how she earned the nickname, “6-man Annie”
From the back it looks like she’s trying to spit out a baby onto some kinda machine that takes it away to the mind programming center …
